By accessing or using Haymaker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain features of the service, all of which together form an agreement between you and Funbit AS.
2. Service Description
Haymaker enables users to automate their digital advertising efforts, such as Facebook Ad Campaigns, by analyzing product performance and local weather conditions. Our AI-driven tools provide actionable insights to maximize ad efficiency and effectiveness.
3. User Eligibility
There are no age restrictions for using Haymaker. The service is available to all users who possess digital advertising assets that Haymaker can automate, such as Facebook Ad Campaigns.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to provide accurate information upon registration and not share their account credentials. Attempting to use Haymaker for purposes other than those advertised is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their data, including product descriptions used for Haymaker's automation features. We ask that users respect Haymaker's intellectual property rights, refraining from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise exploiting any part of our service without our permission.
6. Service Limitations and Modifications
Haymaker reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or service. Users will be notified by email of significant changes. Discontinuation of services will not directly impact users financially due to our pay-as-you-go pricing model.
7. Trial Evaluation Feature
Haymaker offers a trial evaluation feature, allowing potential users to test our product description evaluation service on our homepage (and possibly other locations in the future) without the need to sign up for an account. This service is provided as a courtesy to give a firsthand experience of Haymaker's capabilities.
Abuse Prevention
To ensure fair use and availability of the trial evaluation feature for all interested users, we reserve the right to implement measures to prevent abuse of this service, including but not limited to:
- Limiting the number of trial evaluations a single user or IP address can request within a given timeframe.
- Temporarily or permanently blocking access to the trial evaluation feature for users or IP addresses that we determine are abusing the service by making excessive requests.
- Implementing CAPTCHA verification or other anti-spam measures.
We encourage users to utilize the trial evaluation feature in the spirit it is offered: as a way to become familiar with Haymaker's functionality and benefits. Any attempts to automate requests, bypass restrictions, or otherwise exploit this feature may lead to restrictions on access to the trial evaluation and/or future services offered by Haymaker.
8. Termination
Haymaker may terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion. Users may disable their ad automations and revoke access to their ad accounts at any time. For full account deletion, please contact hello@haymaker.cloud.
9. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Haymaker provides no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI analysis or weather evaluations. Users are responsible for monitoring their ad performance and spend. We accept no liability for actions taken based on our service's recommendations.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes or complaints should be directed to hello@haymaker.cloud. Norwegian law will apply to any legal matters.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified via email, with a minimum 7-day grace period before changes take effect.
